On July 29, when we do not normally have a meeting, SARC is having one at our regular time and place - noon at DK Maria's Legendary Tex-Mex. This special meeting hosts our new District Governor, Jeff Coleman. It will be an inspiring event!
Ann wants us to take youth protection training. We are getting a youth exchange student from Japan. Ann is hosting for the first semester we will need someone from the club to host her for the second semester.
RYLA Roundup - August 8. It is from 9 until 12, registration starting at 8:30. I am registered. I hope someone else wants to attend, so we are ready for 2027. The district wants to have every club participate in RYLA. We have done so in the past. Last year we sponsored a camper and July 2 we served breakfast. This year we hope to sponsor a camper and perhaps pick the recipient, with Sherrick's help. In the past our club was very involved, and the hope is to get back to that level.
