World Polio Day is a time for Rotary members, public health advocates, and all who want a world free from polio to come together, recognize our progress in the fight to end polio, and talk about the actions we need to take in order to end polio for good. All donations are matched 2:1 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, tripling your impact!

This is a joint project with our club, Rotary Club of Austin Southwest and Rotary Club of Austin Westlake. DK Maria’s will donate $1 to PolioPlus for every drink ordered. The Diaper Drive (and other paper products—wipes, toilet paper, paper towels) for Manchaca UMC Food Pantry will be through October. You may bring your donation to a meeting; Simon Garza has offered to collect items and deliver them to the church. Items will also be collected at the Pints for Polio event at DK Maria’s
