Shelly O’Donnell is the founder and director of The Teacher Reuse, a 501(c)3 non-profit, which accepts donations of much needed classroom supplies and materials and makes them available to teachers all across Texas at no cost. Shelly is a retired special education teacher. She taught Deaf Education and American Sign Language in Texas for 26 years.
