17 Goals in total…..6 are Priority Goals…. RCSA has achieved 14! 

 

PRIORITY GOALS:

  • CLUB MEMBERSHIP…………………achieved 23 of the 28 Goal
    • Had two members move, one pass away, one lack of participation
      • Inducted four new members

  • STRATEGIC PLAN………………………did not have on my to-do list.   However, I did attend a session at District Assembly to jump start a strategic plan for this upcoming year.    I know they are important and a very useful tool, but I hate strategic plans

     

    • SERVICE MEMBER PARTICIPATION……………Goal of 14…..achieved 15

    • ANNUAL FUND CONTRIBUTIONS…Goal $14,000…achieved  $14,371 as of Jun 12

    • POLIOPLUS FUND CONTRIBUTIONS…………Goal $4,000…achieved $5,006

    • BENEFACTORS………………………………………Goal of 1…..achieved 1

             I attended the last two of the Rotary Leadership Institute sessions

     

  • BEQUEST SOCIETY MEMBERS…..Goal was 1……Achieved 1

              Our club has 3 or 4 Bequest Society members from years past

     

  • DISTRICT CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE……Goal was 2….we had 1

 

  • USE of OFFICIAL ROTARY PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS…Yes we achieved this
