- DAP Grant: Lisa was glad to announce our fifth try at a project for our DAP grant is in the works. Thanks to Jim and Amber for visiting the site at Adventurers Academy of Lifelong Learning on Monday to determine what was needed.
- Project---to install/organize five closet areas with shelving and organizational supplies
- The DAP application was sent to the District yesterday afternoon. Hopefully, the District will yield a fast turnaround, and we can start purchasing the shelving and set dates for installation.
- This project MUST be completed before the end of April….so no time to waste! We will need LOTS of volunteers.
- WORLD WATER DAY…..is this Sunday, March 22…. Today--2.2 billion people around the world still live without safe drinking water which creates disease and illness and daily hardships. As you turn on your faucet on Sunday, consider those without clean, easy water access and maybe make a contribution to the Rotary Foundation.
